Many health programs rely on calorie counting and short-term restriction while leaving people uncertain about everyday food choices and without the coaching, accountability or community needed for lasting lifestyle change.
WHAT WAS BUILT
The working response
A coach-led lifestyle system with weekly guidance on what to eat, when to eat and appropriate portions, plus grocery lists, check-ins, progress tracking, an accountability buddy, fasting support, direct coaching and a member community.
