I've worked inside real operations, dealt with real pressure and learned that most business problems aren't caused by a lack of ideas. They're caused by disconnected systems, unclear processes and solutions that don't match how people actually work.
That experience shaped the way I build. I don't start with technology and search for somewhere to use it. I start with the problem, learn the operation and build something useful around it.
Through DNA Global Enterprises and Dom Built It, I've created, co-created and helped develop businesses, software platforms and community initiatives across transportation, construction, liquidation, retail, health and education. My work includes Blacktop System, FreightForgeIQ, Builders Top Software, DNA Global Surplus, DNA Reform and the SVG AI & Innovative Institute.
Some of these projects are businesses I founded. Some were built with partners. Others are organizations and ideas I helped move from concept to execution. I believe credibility comes from being clear about your role and letting the work speak for itself.
My journey hasn't been a straight line. I survived a stroke, overcame addiction and have remained clean for more than 26 years. I've lost everything, rebuilt and had to start again more than once. Those experiences taught me discipline, patience and how to keep moving when the original plan falls apart. My faith in Allah keeps me grounded, and service remains a major part of why I build.
Today, my work connects the United States, Saint Vincent and the wider Caribbean. Whether I'm developing transportation technology, creating software for homebuilders, building a liquidation operation or helping people gain practical technology skills, the mission remains the same.
Find the real problem. Build a working solution. Create an opportunity for others to move forward.
